The Place consists of five studios, two double and three triple, all located on the ground floor (one needs to walk up only 3 or 4 steps) and featuring their own private balconies.
If you wish, you can enjoy breakfast in the hotel run by the same owners, a mere 50m away. You can also use the hotel’s private swimming pool, provided that you order something from the snack bar.
The double studios are equipped with two single beds each; these beds can be combined into doubles. Every studio has a kitchenette with basic equipment, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
